I am excited to say that this recipe was recently featured on Genuine Health’s website as part of their clean nutrition series. I love Genuine Health products and use the greens + O powder regularly because on days where my intake of leafy green vegetables falls a bit short, I know I can easily make up for it (each serving has the equivalent of 6 servings of fruits and vegetables). So, my favourite way to use greens +, besides using it in smoothies, is to make these energy balls. Trust me, they taste so delicious that you will never know that there are any greens inside! I make them as samples for my sports teams when I give nutrition presentations and they get gobbled up in seconds. The superfood energy balls are high in antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and health fats, and are a great choice for a post workout snack.
