- 2 c water
- 1 c frozen pineapple
- 2 mandarin oranges
- 1/2 c fermented vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1 c spinach
- 1 c kale
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
