Adrienne provides gentle encouragement and clear direction for each pose, along with a great playlist to fit every schedule and experience level. I love her “Find what feels good” motto, which is embodied in every video she makes.
This wonderfully popular channel created by certified fitness instructor Cassey Ho, features Pilates workouts set to motivating, high-energy Top 40 playlists. I’ve been a fan of Cassey’s for years and love how real and transparent she always has been on her bog. One of my favourite features offered by Cassey are the free printable workout calendars to help keep you on track over the next few weeks or months. I especially love her recently posted 14-day quarantine plan.
Eoin Finn is a personal friend of mine, who knows how to teach some of the most relaxing, yet equally challenging, yoga practices I’ve ever done. A globally renowned yogi, surfer, blissologist, and thought leader, Eoin has been teaching yoga around the world since 1989. His youtube channel offers free 12-75 minute yoga flow practices to start or end your day on a blissful note!
Fitness Instructor Jessica Smith has been around the biz forever. Her fun and accessible workouts done in the comfort of your own home. You can find walking, strength training, Barre, kickboxing, HIIT and yoga routines for every level and style. Her French bulldog features in a lot of her videos and will bring a smile to you face. Workouts range from 10-25 minutes.
For those of you for whom walking is your go-to exercise, this is the channel to tune into. You can get in all of your daily step-counts from the comfort of your own home, guided by an incredibly experienced and accessible fitness instructor. Leslie Sansone incorporates walking in place with multi-muscle movements set to music to burn more calories than your typical leisurely stroll – all without impact!
Kareena and Katrina have been empowering women of all shapes and sizes to get fit. They have a number of free workouts of varying lengths on their youtube channel. You’ll sculpt your beautiful abs, booty, arms, and legs, and boost your metabolism with their full body workouts set on gorgeous California beaches.
This Czech bombshell has been around the biz for years, providing high intensity workouts for viewers who want a challenge. You can find short 5-Minute Workouts, workouts for a variety of body parts like Abs, Butt & Legs, or workouts based on equipment you might have on hand at home, using just your bodyweight, or incorporating kettlebells or stability balls.
Boho Beautiful features incredible yoga and pilates classes filmed in some of the most beautiful destinations around the world, along with positive messages for the mind, body and soul. If you’re looking for a workout that combines fitness, yoga and mindfulness with a virtual escape to a tropical beach, this is it. It’s one of my favourite youtube channels out there!
