Berrylicious Smoothie

- 1/2 tbsp ground chia seeds
- 1 cup nut or seed milk (I used hemp)
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1 tbsp nut or seed butter (I used cashew-coconut butter)
- 1 frozen, ripe banana, chopped
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
